The Hands Behind the Blends

Hustle Wrapped in Healing was created as a reminder that rest, intention, and alignment are not rewards. They are necessities.

This small-batch herbal tea brand is rooted in calm, self-connection, and the belief that slowing down can be a powerful form of movement. Each blend is handcrafted with purpose, designed for specific moments like quieting the noise, choosing yourself, and allowing yourself to feel good.

Behind the brand is an entrepreneur who has spent years building, leading, and showing up in spaces that demanded constant motion. Along the way, it became clear that moving fast wasn’t always moving forward. Choosing to slow down, listen inward, and live more aligned created space for healing, clarity, and deeper intention.

Hustle Wrapped in Healing is an extension of that shift. It’s an offering for anyone navigating growth, transition, or simply craving a pause. The teas are meant to be received slowly, enjoyed intentionally, and woven into simple rituals that support rest, reflection, and presence.

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what feels good.
Accepting the shift.
And honoring the moments that bring you back to yourself.

Jerald B Caldwell Jr.

Jerald Caldwell Jr. brings vision, adaptability, and grounded problem-solving to Hustle Wrapped in Healing.

A natural relationship-builder and intuitive strategist, Jerald is known for his calm presence, thoughtful discernment, and ability to see opportunity where others may overlook it. His work spans operations, leadership, and creative development across multiple industries, guided by a steady commitment to integrity and purpose.

Over the years, Jerald has explored entrepreneurship in many forms, including founding a local streetwear brand earlier in his journey and continues to evolve as a creative builder. Today, his curiosity and ambition are expressed through new avenues: homeownership, hands-on renovation and repair, land stewardship, and an emerging interest in tiny home and community-centered living. He is also a skilled reseller with a keen eye for antiques and well-loved items, bringing new life and value to what already exists.

Professionally, Jerald currently leads a team of administrative professionals for the City of Lake Oswego, a role he stepped into in 2025 after years of community-based leadership. Prior to this, he spent over a decade giving his time, energy, and guidance at a North Portland community center, organizing youth basketball tournaments, mentoring young people, and helping cultivate safe, affirming spaces for connection and growth.

Rooted in a lineage shaped by strong women and enduring faith, Jerald was deeply influenced by a close and meaningful relationship with his late mother, whose passing in 2024 further anchored his commitment to spiritual grounding, service, and intentional living. These experiences inform how he shows up… steady, reflective, and values-driven.

At Hustle Wrapped in Healing, Jerald contributes to idea development, long-term vision, and creative exploration, supporting the brand’s growth with discernment, care, and quiet leadership. With additional entrepreneurial ventures on the horizon, he remains committed to building in ways that are thoughtful, sustainable, and aligned.

“Built by experience, guided by faith, and grounded in what truly matters.”
